Dear Bro,

In war, in business, in the things you do, information is the
most crucial element.

Sun Zi’s “know your enemy, and know yourself, and you
will win a hundred battles.”

This principle is based on this crucial strategy- Information.

The US set up the whole CIA for this
purpose alone.

In the Leadership files, Dr. Phil Pringle talks about holding before
you speak.

Let every man be quick to listen, slow to speak.

Fast blurters of word may not be able to process what
information to release, what not to and may end up
releasing the important information…

Patents are protecting information

When I play bridge, I go into quiet mode. Why?

I dun want to release important information that will
be disadvantageous to me.

Why do countries send spies to other countries? For
a tour???

Mainly to gather information.

So bro, having crucial info and knowing how to apply
it is important- it is the life of a good business

Information on knowing how to apply the drug ”abate”
was crucial during a period when our arowana fish in
Pontianak were attacked by hordes of lice.

My dad saved all his fishes in one day using that knowledge.

I have seen people losing a game
of bridge easily because of rash words being blurted
out- Just 1 sentence of crucial info, can cost your
whole business to fall, like seeing your game of bridge collapse.

I’m Blessed

Building Fund is over.
I counted my blessings- I’m overjoyed.

It’s around 600% increase. Not to mention that most of the BF $ did not come from my own pocket ultimately.

The immaterial things were more abundant. The spiritual breakthroughs, the journey of growth and becoming with my Jonathan, the joy of fellowship, the capacity to influence and make positive change, the favor of professors and classmates in school. And especially my baptism.

I’m blessed. Empowered to succeed.

Time to sow in thousands. :>

The Giants’ Email Exchange – The Power of Rituals and Habits

Brother,

Procastination- the silent killer

Why?Because it kills you silently
It lurks around
It tells you it is insignificant to do it now.
There are more pleasure linked to not taking action
now

Whether we are aware of it, we are controlled
by our rituals.

We are creatures of habits.

As the saying goes:

sow a thought, reap and action
sow an action, reap a habit
sow a habit, read a character
sow a character, reap a destiny

Today, we are going to be focusing on our sowing of a
habit

Firstly,

Do you have any negative emotions that limit you?
Emotions such as frustatration, depression or anger?

If you do, what are the things you do that are causing you to
consistently feel this way?

Depression doesn’t come from a virus, but rather from a
set of thoughts and actions that you process.

A habit is like your brain code, the code being
processed by certain triggers

List Down

List down 5 negative emotions that you experience on a consistent basis,
that which you know it will happen to you over the week:

After you list them down, spend some time
analyzing these emotions, find out how you do each
one of them.

Remember, it is not easy to get
depressed.
You need to do certain things , reap
certain actions,
have certain thought patterns.

Analyze them

Once you analyze them, you know how you have set up
these emotions, you can do changes- of course you
should make changes by linking with pain, break your
current pattern of thoughts and link new associations
to the things that you want to do- we will do all
these exercises next time. Right now, spend some time
analyzing your negative emotions, we will
find out more tomorrow.

On Becoming

“If Greatness is a possibility, Excellence is not an option” Dr. A.R Bernard

It is not enough to repent, you got to repent fast.
It is not enough to obey, you got to obey with willingness and joy
It is not enough to forgive, you got to settle your scores and bury your hatchets in the most humanly possible time.
It is not enough to give, you got to give willingingly, freely and generously
It is not enough to teach, you got to inspire
It is not enough to start the race, you got to end it well

Moreover,

Strength is found in meekness
Manhood in responsibility and humility
Character in capacity to contain others unlike yourself, have mercy on others and do the right thing inspite of your feelings.

Ultimately, you win the crown by finishing the race, not by being the first to finish or having a “perfect race.” You can gain the crown with imperfections, bruises and unsettled business. You don’t have to be perfect to earn God’s love. You are already loved.

I know my kawan baik will never approve of what I’m feeling right now.

I must rise above myself, snap out of this, conquer and breakthrough. This is something so minute, it must not grow within me. Strength is the ability to bounce back from your fall to where you were and emerge stronger, better and faster.

Breakthrough. He who is able to control his own spirit is stronger than he who conquers cities.
Enter into the world of giants where there is milk and honey.
You shall eat of the good of the land.
